Hope's 1st Birthday - Hope's erster Geburtstag

Bevor ich Bilder von Hope's ersten Geburtstag reinstelle erstmal noch ein paar von letzter Woche. Wir hatten zwei Baby Shower, einen beim YMCA und einen bei meinem Arbeitgeber. Ich hatte die Kamera nur bei dem YMCA Shower dabei, daher nur erstmal Bilder von dem Shower. Es war ziemlich viel fuer Hope, sie musste am Freitag ihren Mittagsschlaf verschieben, hat aber relativ gut geklappt. Jetzt ist gerade Steve's leibliche Mutter bei uns zu Besuch und wir hatten Samstag dann nochmal mehr Familienbesuche. Eigentlich wollten wir ihren Geburtstag klein halten, aber Steve hat dann doch wieder gross eingeladen. Ollie und Walt sind ja eigentlich auch schon fast Familie, es wird sicher schoen.

Before I post pictures from Hope's 1st Birthday, I try to catch up with some from the two showers at both our employers last week. The ones I have are from the Baby Shower at the YMCA, the other ones will come later. It was quite a lot for little Hope, she had to change her nap time on Friday but managed two shorter naps in the morning and afternoon. Right now Steve's birth-mom is visiting so we had more relatives visits on Saturday as well. We originally wanted to keep her Birthday celebration small but my dear husband called around and invited more people but in the end Ollie and Walt are pretty much family anyways :-) and we will have fun.
That is the first time she doesn't complain being in the saucer.
